I keep getting "The disc could not be read" Warning

I have recently been trying to get my old wii games onto my PC. I have successfully used CleanRip to put my games onto a USB drive and then getting Dolphin to identify the games. However when I launch the games it loads for a bit then up a Warning saying that The disc could not be read with a string of numbers and letters.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am using Dolphin 5.0 and the games in question are Rune Factory Frontier and Rune Factory Tides of Destiny.

Did you merge the part files that CleanRip generated? You should have one ISO file for each game if it has been done correctly.
