Before I continue, I apologize as after making my reply to ChronicMasturbator's post I realized I was necrobumping and am apparently not able to delete posts.

Anyways, I made an accont here solely so I could make one post. This seemed like the most active and appropriate forum for my question. You're telling me I can't even make a thread until I've made 1000 replies on threads I don't even care about?

You are not allowed to create new threads in the forums GameCube, Wii, Wii Misc and Triforce because each game only is supposed to have a single thread and pretty much all games have a thread each already. You are allowed to create threads in other forums, like General Discussion, Support, Hardware, Android, Controllers, this one, Delfino Plaza...

Fwiw, our rules are very clear about why we have the 1000+ post requirement.

The forums in Game Support already have threads for every game. That is why new users are not allowed to make new threads there. Please look up an existing thread and post there if you have questions.

We expressly did this so that new users post new threads in the correct sections, even if they didn't read our policies (since the forums block them regardless).
