Try to get the latest Version of Dolphin (you can find them in the SVN-Subforum). Newest revision should have nearly perfect sound and close to zero crashes. AFAIK you dont need to make special settings for Zelda. Just configure your Keyboard. YOu can, of course, use a keyboard.
