1.I,m kinda new to this emulator but not new to emulators and creating\using cheats and since I don't like cheating,I rarely use them but there is something I don't understand.
Every time I try right click on the game=>Properties=>Gecko Codes=>Download Codes (WiiRD Database)=>enable some cheats and start the game, not a single code has ever worked(not that I tried cheats on many games)

2.Is there is a way to edit game list titles

3.For some reason when I add a new game or if I use Purge Cache or I download some rev and try it without using my old User folder(I run dolphin in portable mode),some of the game banners are not loaded(they are but I don't know what makes dolphin to load them...either restarting it multiple times or starting the game multiple times)

1) Under Settings, did you enable cheats?

2) Technically yes. The titles are hex data stored in the game iso, so if you manually edit that you could possibly change the name.

3) That's another game iso thing. Some don't get loaded until you play the game (usually wii games do this)

Since 4.0-3808, it's also possible to create a titles.txt file that contains custom names. I think it's supposed to be in the Load folder, but I've never used it.

To be more specific, Wii games won't display any banners until you create a save file.

1.Thanks,no idea how did I forgot about that(maybe because I rarely go in the settings(more often in Graphics and Controller))
2.How exactly this file must be formatted(what to place inside)
3.Hmm,it does sound correct because I didn't have a banner for one game, then I place a save from gamefaq and when I check now,the banner was there.

Like this:
Code:
RSBE01 = Super Smash Bros. Brawl
It is important that there is exactly one space on each side of the = character.

What game(s) are you trying to play and what cheats are you trying to use? I know of a few games that you have to do something in game for it to activate.

What version are you using? When you go back to the cheat manager after checking them and exiting, are they still checked?

JosJuice it works but dolphin still arrange them the same was like I didn't make and change(I guess the only way is iso editing but if that's the only way,I'll live with this sort order)
NKF98 any game and when I enabled "Enable Cheats"(don't know how did I forget about this),the codes started to work and when I uncheck them, they stay unchecked

Ah, yeah... That's a known problem. I can't remember if it's on the issue tracker or anything, but let's hope it gets fixed sometime.

Yeah cheats have had a lot of problems lately. My advice is to hang tight and wait for the 4.0-6xxx builds to fix the problems

Uh, they're saying that cheats are working fine... And the recent problems are fixed since 4.0-5950, so you're not going to get any more cheat fixes in 4.0-6xxx.
