_Use Realtemp to check your CPU clock speed and temp when dolphin is running
_Make sure dolphin use Nvidia , not the crappy Intel HD 3000

2.0GHz is weak. Moreover your 4 cores aren't fully exploited because Dolphin only uses 2 here. Turbo Boost should help a little.
What speed do you get? Which revision are you using?

Please be sure to post your Dolphin settings. Click on the Config button and look at the General tab. Click the Graphics button and look at General, Enhancements, and Hacks tabs. Those are usually the most relevant settings for Dolphin, so tell us what you have set.

Just tell him to:
1. Set his IR to 1x
2. Change efb copy from ram to texture
3. Modify the games .ini file if necessary to prevent it from overriding the efb copy setting

I'll let someone else elaborate on how to do number 3 because I really don't feel like writing it out right now.
