you just update over svn -> that takes only few seconds if you once downloaded the whole code package before.
compiling is very easy, at least with visual studio 2008. Dont know about that express edition. What are the advantages ? Well, there are none. You could also download the newest compiled versions here (maybe few hours later, but who cares) It will not change anything but you being able to edit the sourcecode. If you dont want to do that i see no reason why you should hassle with it. You can do if its fun for you, of course 06-12-2009, 03:48 AM

Hahaha ya'll are pretty cool I thought posting on here I'd hear from pros bashin mebut quite the opp. anyway. I guess my question really is how do I make the newest compiled versions?? I get the jist of the programming behind Dolphin just not sure what would be a "new compiled version". And why is it that if the script is out there to implement Dolphin to be able to run any game exactly how it is on the system being emulated than y dont we have a master Dolphin? Thats my mission!!
