I use a bluetooth dongle to connect my WII mote to windows 7.
Bluesoleil find the wiimote when i hold down 1+2.

The LED flashing before the PC finds the wiimote and after.

But when i try to connect it to dolphin, dolphin wont find it.

What is the problem ?

Sorry for bad English !

Now I have uninstalled it, but then, Windos cannot use the bluetooth now, it recognize the bluetooth as an unknown device...

Does not work. I tried to not connect it to bluesoliel, and just hit the red botton on wiimote and click "refresh real wiimote" on dolphin, but that didnt work either...

windows should be able to install its own bluetooth drivers without the need for bluesoleil. disconnect and uninstall all bluetooth drivers and then reconnect allowing windows to do its thing

uninstall the unknown device with the right click
Unplug the bluetooth.
Plug the bluetooth
Windows should install drivers correctly
If doesn't do uninstall the unknown device again.
Unplug the bluetooth
Download CCleaner
select registry clean
when ask do a backup
select fix All (or similar)
Plug the bluetooth
Windows should install the drivers correctly now
this should work

Download the last version of dolphin. your version is very old.
