Mmm....I play that game but with some trubles like slow speed: 13-17 FPS
Enable: Dual Core, Idle Skipping, Unlimited JIT Cache, HLE the IPL, JIT Recompiler, Optimize quantiziers, DSP on thread.

Using: DX9 plugin: Enable EFB Copy to texture:
DSP: Enable HLE Audio

And use Zelda Twilight Princess Bloom Hack.
