I get low frames help

Im trying to play Zelda:Skyward sword on Dolphin 3.0 and i get about 15-17 frames. My specs are below.

You just had a thread closed and still no Dolphin settings? You still don't know which Dolphin version you're using. You say 3.0, then in your profile you say tex-cache? Which is it? AMD/Triple Core, what kind? Get it together, man. If you want help, put some effort in. Chances are your processor is just not up to the job.
