When i try to start a game, it says that i don't have 1 GB RAM, and then it crashes. And, i'd like to try the 64 bit build, but i don't have a 64 bit processor.

Sorry, but unless you have a friend with an x64 - based computer, you'll have to buy a new processor Sad BTW, how much ram do you have installed, and what is your processor?
i7 8700K, 32GB 3000MHz DDR4, GTX 1080 Ti

don't even try to run dolphin. Just play on your wii. Dolphin will never work on underpowered crap computers.

the error has nothing to do with your cpu o_O;

it just means the memory dolphin has taken was corrupted or changed by a program(firewalls/anti virus/anti spyware stuff) or the os(highly doubtfull)

It's lack of RAM or AV problem (try to turn it off while running Dolphin)
