Run Dolphin as Administrator or add Permissions : Read&Write / Full to allow Dolphin write data on HDD or move dolphin to different place
You do not have permission to write data on this folder : C:\Program Files\Dolphin

What is the location of your Dolphin folder? E.g. it should a path like "C:\Emulators\Dolphin"; where is yours? Also, when playing MH3, yellow text should appear at the top of your screen whenever Dolphin attempts to save (this is the default setting, unless you manually changed it). Read the message carefully and make sure Dolphin is telling you that it's saving; if it can't save, it should tell you.
