I cant load up dolphin version 4.0-652

ive tried another and it worked but im playing melee and a friend told me that most melee players play on this version of dolphin. and they all have this version so i want to use theirs instead of them using mine. and the version we use that works desyncs after 2 games of melee and we have to keep restarting which gets annoying
