I can't use real nunchuk

I use real wii mote with dophin. It works fine but some game use nunchuk.
I connected nunchuk with wiimote but the games still show, please connect nunchuck. Can i use the real nunchuk with dolphin?
If I can. How to use it?

That's weird. I normally connect my nunchuck to the wiimote and the screen goes on. There may be some problem with your nunchuck/wiimote.
