I can't start any emulator! help plz

Well hello, i've a problem when i download and start any emulator this problem appears!



It says:

Dolphin.exe - Could not find the component.

Failed to start application because there was no VCOMP100.DLL. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem.

I've tried reinstalling, but same thing happens.

But with the r7041 this doesn't happens!
And I need other revisions because some games don't work fine with this revision!

(Yea, i know that my english sucks 'cause i speak spanish )
