I Can't Select Anything

I recently got Dolphin 3.0 and I tried to play Super Smash Bros. Melee. The thing is, on the format the memory card screen, all I can do is move between yes and no. I can't select either one. What should I do?

When you're here:

Pushing B makes nothing.
Pushing A creates your Game Data

A isn't doing anything. I can switch between yes and no but I can't let it continue.
