My old computer was better than that and I got 4 FPS in Super Smash bros melee with the directx plugin, so good luck playing that.

for the technical answer, your cpu doesnt have sse2. its a known fact dolphin requires the fastest cpu available with at least sse2. also a modern video card with the latest opengl support. bottom line: u need a complete system overhaul. good luck ;D

Mind telling us a bit more about your CPU? All I can gather from that is that it is made by AMD and it's clocked at 1.66Ghz. A series line name might help, and might also help to mention if it's dual-core, quad-core, if it supports SSE2 etc.

As for your RAM, I hope it isn't only DDR.

Your graphics card is the same story as your CPU. All I can gather from that is that it is an ATI card and it has 512MB of memory. There are A LOT of cards with 512MB of memory. Might wanna be a bit more specific and mention your card's name.

You also fail to mention the revision number and simply say "latest from this site." That really doesn't help because you could've either downloaded one of the bi-weekly builds or one of the builds by forum members. Which are totally different revs from each other most of the time.

Point is, be more specific please. Smile

You're gonna buy four Phenom II 940s?? Huh
I'd recommend picking up a 500W PSU just to be safe.

I can run all of thee above and on normal settings.I may not have a 800 to 1000 dollar computer but I know how to use it well.Built it myself out of spare parts from other computers. Its my Frankenstein so no need to call it crap. The fact you couldn't think of a better way to word your statement.Like in some grafic or prosseser terms so I know were to remedy my problem is why I called you a child. You may be 50 it matters not when you can't express yourself in a logical and sencible way.

You still didn't answer my question. What games are on above and normal settings? Some old game like quake 3? I did say, your cpu doesn't support sse.
