I can't choose my pad plugin anymore?

Hi guys. I'm using Dolphin R 5751 and it's forcing "Dolphin GC Pad Configuration". The dropdown that used to allow me to change pad plugins is no longer present under Config > Plugins.

I checked User\Config\Dolphin.ini and:

PadPlugin = Plugin_PadSimple.dll

Yet, clicking the pad icon takes me to Dolphin GC Pad Configuration.

Any ideas how to change back to the Pad Simple plugin?

They got rid of the pad plugin choice a while ago: http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/source/detail?r=5670

Pad plugin support has been removed and GCPadNew was merged into Dolphin as it is capable of doing everything all the other pad plugins could do.
