workaround: Download xpadder, create an xbox controller profile in xpadder, assign your keyboard keys that you will be using in the emulator to your xbox buttons via xpadder
then assign your assigned keys to the emulator, enjoy gaming with your xbox pad ^^

If you want a real fix (not using xpadder) you should provide what games you are playing and what controller you configured (wiimote/GC pad)
