Hello, I am buying a new desktop. Here it is: http://shop.amd.com/us/gaming/Detail/Des...%3ADesktop

CPU: AMD FX 4-Core Black Edition (Plan on overclocking it.)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6670 (Plan on overclocking it.)

I want to play mostly GC games. Does this PC have enough power to provide smooth emulation?

FX has very poor performance in Dolphin.

Get an Intel.

Much better, and no overclocking is needed.

And an Nvidia card if that's your thing:

You'd get a much better value if you built it yourself, but whatever...

Despite this, if you really want the best Dolphin rig, then you want something with an i5 3750K or i5 2500K, on a z77 or z67 motherboard, as then, with an overclock, you'll be able to play the most demanding of playable games.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56
