Huge "dolphin.log" file!!

I've been using the Dolphin 2.0 x64 emulator for some time now, and I was recently shocked to discover that the "dolphin.log" file under .../User/Logs/ directory is around 1.44 GB and cannot be opened with Notepad "file is too large for Notepad".

On the other hand, I have the Dolphin x64 SVN R 6137, which I don't use much often (Because I feel that Dolphin 2.0 is more stable and handles the GameCube games that I usually play on my PC a little better than the recent builds). The same file "dolphin.log" file under .../User/Logs/ directory is only around 34 KB!!

Is this normal? And what is this file for? I currently don't have enough hard disk space on my PC, so will it be safe to delete this log file?

If it's relevant, my computer specs are:
Windows 7 x64 Home Premium
Intel Core i3 CPU (4GB Ram)
ATI Radeon HD 5470

Nice find, mine was 400MB... it's not settings for anything so just delete it.

Wow!! Okay!! That's great. I'll just go and delete it too. I guess that it's too huge because I take so many screeshots. Dolphin is AWESOME! Thank you so much KHRZ and Terranigma Freak for the fast replies. Keep up the good work.
