https://dolp.in/ is missing readme

https://dolp.in/ used to have a readme explaining how to use it. Now it just shows what is in the attached image. This should probably be fixed.

Also, I planned on adding this information to Dolphin's wiki but I'm not able to do so. I'd really like this problem resolved. See https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-ed...hin-s-wiki
