You should get a real power supply - not that 160watt thing that looks like wires sticking out of a flashdrive. The GTX 750ti uses up to 75watts. Add in the CPU (~60watts), cpu fan + other fans (10watts), harddrive/sd (~20watts), optical drives/blue rays, etc and you'll be over 160watts. And you have no idea what the efficiency of that 160watt thing is. Get a good flex PSU or a small form factor PSU if you're going with mini-cases.
Also, can you overclock the G4400? If not, maybe you should stick with the G3258 Haswell. I got mine at Microcenter for $50, and got an MSI H61 on sale for ~$30. Total cost after tax was under $90. Very easy to OC to 4.0GHz and beyond.
