Now remember, heat WILL be a bit of an issue.
But it should still fit the 650.

Without the blu-ray drive, I'd recommend:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157335&name=Intel-Motherboards

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116774&name=Processors-Desktops

Much better for Dolphin.
And a bit more energy efficient.

It would be less of an issue by far, but you pay more, especially considering that you have to purchase a PSU with it.

What I meant by that is that you want to have a fan or something blowing on it. I.E: an external cooling source or well ventilated area.

Yes, the one in the Rosewill case would be pushing things a bit.

If that makes you uncomfortable, try a 7750.

Keep in mind that 400w is usually reserved for things that max out the GPU, such as PC games.
Regular use should see much less power consumption.

Not unless you had a 100w or higher quad core.
(Like a Phenom 2 or I5.)

Keep in mind that when I say high temps, I mean "should not exceed 60 degrees celsius".

i don't particularly care for mini hdmi. i'm also curious, do gfx cards with hdmi on them carry sound?

also, i like this card for it's ports and low power usage
