Umm... so apparently I'm the only one having issues with zestig.exe? Basically it just doesn't do anything even though everything else worked just fine.

Hello,
I am getting an error when attempting to use NAND-bin2raw.exe to decrypt my nand.bin file. Unhandled Exception: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\ Nand stuff\nand.bin' is denied. at Microsoft.VisualBasic.FileSystem.FileOpen(Int32 FileNumber, String FileNam e, OpenMode Mode, OpenAccess Access, OpenShare Share, Int32 RecordLength) at NAND_bin2raw.Module1.Main(String[] sArgs) Did anyone else run into this? 07-15-2015, 07:24 AM

Any help will be much helpful
This guide seems obsolete now, since both BootMii and xyzzy are no longer available for download.
I still have over 100 WiiWare and VC games on my Wii SD Card that I would like to get onto my PC for use with Dolphin. If anyone knows of an up-to-date guide that would make this possible, please let me know. 07-30-2016, 12:45 AM

I used BootMii to extract the NAND file. When I get to the part of using zestig to decrypt it, it doesn't work. I'm using Windows 10. Any solutions? Any other program available that would work better?

Since zestig no longer seems to work on Windows 7 and beyond, we need an alternative to extract the nand.bin file. I saw someone recommend Wii NAND Extractor on page 17. I can confirm that this works on Windows 10 using a bootmii dump. Once you have the nand.bin and key files, you can run Wii NAND Extractor. The key file doesn't appear to be necessary from what I can tell, unless the program automatically uses it. It would be nice if someone would update the original post. Here's a link to Wii NAND Extractor
