I'm gonna get a new laptop with these specs

2x intel ssds 500/450 raid
intel 4700mq (turbo up to 3.3ghz)
16gb ram 1600mhz
nvidia 770m
1920x1080p resolution

Can I run super smash bros brawl maxed out 4xnative res, 16xaf, everything but maybe aa if i can't get full 60fps

Yeah, that laptop should be able to run Brawl at 60FPS at 4xIR.
