Hi,

I'm looking to emulate a few of my games on the Dolphin Emulator. Just wondering how well I'll be able to run it at. Here are my specs:

Intel Core i7-720QM processor (1.6GHz/2.8GHz Turbo Mode, 6MB L3 cache)

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 1GB GDDR5 graphics card

8GB DDR3-1066 RAM

I just want to run a few games, I don't mind slightly lowered graphics, I just want a steady FPS of around 60.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Depends on the game. What games do you plan on trying to run?

Should run most games at 60FPS, huge ones will slow down a bit but that's the same with all computers really.
Laptop:
i5 520m :: 4GB RAM :: ATI 5650 (700, 900)

If you can afford a laptop that can run dolphin @ full speed you should at least donate some money to the poor xD
i7 920 OC @ 4ghz
7gb DDR3 RAM
GEFORCE GTX 560
2 TB HDD

Qware wireless sensor bar (usb powered mod)
official Wiimote, motionplus inside.

Thanks for all the replies and help, but um, I tried running my copy of Donkey Kong returns on the latest Dolphin build at the default low resolution, and I was getting around 30 fps. Is there a thread on how to setup Dolphin, or is my laptop just bad?
