These are my Computer Specs

Operating System: Windows 7 x86

Processor/CPU: AMD Semprom 150 Processor, 2900 Mhz, 1 Core, 1 Processor

Video Card/GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4200

Memory/RAM: 2.00 GB Ram (not sure if correct)

Dolphin Revision Currently Using: Dolphin 2.0.4 x86

------------------------------------------------------------

The game i am Trying to run is, Mortal Kombat armegedon, but it seems that the FPS is very sluggish, its playable, but
its too slow for my taste, on average it runs at around 20 fps.

If you need, i will also Post my Dolphin settings. Please tell me what i need to do to Increase my Game speed

You need a new computer... There's no setting in Dolphin that will make it run full speed with your very old hardware...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (22H2)

I'll have to second Jhonn's opinion here.. Just make sure to at least get a 64-bit OS as I believe the dev team pretty much dropped 32-bit support

Upside is, those new Haswell Pentiums (I believe) are pretty cheap and apparently do damn well in dolphin
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X @ 4.2 GHz | MSI GTX 1070TI 8GB | 32 GB DDR4 @ 3000 MHz | Windows 10 Pro x64 | Dolphin 5.0-10886

That 4200 will not render at a very fast speed (as in, unplayability will be yours), and artifacts will be abound. I know from experience.
in a perfect world we would all be piles of sand with no ability to form coherent bodies of body

If you can provide us with a budget we might be able to help you find decent parts so you're able to run a decent amount of games at better speeds
The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world.
