I am interested on playing the following games:

Agent Under Fire
Nightfire
Everything or Nothing
GoldenEye: Rogue Agent
From Russia with Love
Goldeneye 007 (2010)
Super Mario Sunshine
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Mario Kart: Double Dash
F-Zero GX
Luigi's Mansion
Metroid Prime
Metroid Prime 2: Echoes

And these are the computers specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-H
Processor:     Intel Pentium G4400 3.3Ghz
RAM:            Corsair 4GB DDR4 2133MHz x 2
HDD:            Seagate Barracuda 1TB
GPU:            Geforce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5

I don't care too much about resolution, 720p and below is fine as long as the game is smooth.

Mostly ok.

It would be perfectly solid for every game I can think of but that CPU's highest clock speed is 3.3 ghz. Which is honestly probably fine. It's been a long time since we've done careful measuring of perf requirements. You might find some of the hardest games to emulate (The Last Story, Rogue Squadron 2 ground levels) not reach full speed, but almost everything I can think of should be full speed. Including the games you listed.

The GT 1030 will probably struggle at anything past 1080p internal resolution, and almost certainly won't do exclusive mode ubershaders without lagging, but hybrid mode (On Direct3D 11) should be fine.

Use the latest development build.
