In your situation, I'd probably connect the Bluetooth module to the regulator's output ground and not to the USB ground, and I'd test if the thing worked without soldering to the extra ground connectors before bothering with them. It should only take a few seconds to find out, but longer if you were to solder them up for no reason.

I tried to fixed it and I think the board is dead. I tried with a J27H002 board, the soldering points are ridiculous small.
