Thank you so very much to trihy for assuring me that the hardware was correct, and working with me to figure it out.  Hopefully this can help future forum members!  Also, a big thank you to DeJaVu for the new port suggestion, which finally got it to work!!  And last but not least Shank with the post and idea to begin with!!!

Grats, glad you did it.
Does your dongle by any chance not remember paired remotes, and you need to sync every time you run a game?

I spent a sleepless night reading and trying things till i made it work, with help from the forum member ofcourse.
So it wouldnt be fair to let you have the solution straight away, you need to sweat a bit Tongue...

Ok scr**w it, you can have it Smile
From "C:\Users\your pc account login name\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Wii" delete "btdinf.bak"
and from "C:\Users\your pc account login name\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Wii\shared2\sys" delete "SYSCONF"

I think those files got weird too easy.

Today reset all pairings, and wii bt module wont remember new pairings. Have to do delete those files (again)

Also noticed that btdinf.bak is not created anymore.

Dolphin is recognizing it, BT remembers Wii Motes pairing, and everything seems to work ... I'm Uber-proud Big Grin
If someone think about this adapter - he should try ... this module is cheap on ebay so no big loss if You fail Smile

Quick question. Where does ground go to in the diagram? Also input?

Green and white go to USB connector, no?

I can't get the passthrough mode to work, the adapter works when using the windows drivers (infact can play using wiimote emulation mode).

I have the J27H002 adapter, and I am using Dolphin 5.0-3560 on Win7 x64. LibusbK driver is version 3.0.7.0.

The game window just displays black.

This is what log says:
Code:
02:07:010 IOS\USB\Bluetooth\BTReal.cpp:128 N[IOS_WIIMOTE]: Using device 057e:0305 (rev 100) for Bluetooth: Broadcom Corp BCM2045A
02:19:034 HW\EXI\EXI_DeviceIPL.cpp:343 N[OSREPORT]: BTU HCI command timeout - cmd opcode = 0xc33
02:27:049 HW\EXI\EXI_DeviceIPL.cpp:343 N[OSREPORT]: BTU HCI command timeout - cmd opcode = 0x1001
02:35:065 HW\EXI\EXI_DeviceIPL.cpp:343 N[OSREPORT]: BTU HCI command timeout - cmd opcode = 0x1009
02:43:081 HW\EXI\EXI_DeviceIPL.cpp:343 N[OSREPORT]: BTU HCI command timeout - cmd opcode = 0x1001
02:51:097 HW\EXI\EXI_DeviceIPL.cpp:343 N[OSREPORT]: BTU HCI command timeout - cmd opcode = 0x1009
03:00:661 HW\EXI\EXI_DeviceIPL.cpp:343 N[OSREPORT]: BTU HCI command timeout - cmd opcode = 0x1001

After deleting SYSCONF and btdinf.bak I only get:
Code:
02:07:010 IOS\USB\Bluetooth\BTReal.cpp:128 N[IOS_WIIMOTE]: Using device 057e:0305 (rev 100) for Bluetooth: Broadcom Corp BCM2045A

And if I click sync in Dolphin settings, the game window just says "Scanning for Wiimotes..." and stays black.

So it finds the correct adapter, but somehow the wiimotes wont connect.

I heard that some progress is being made, but it's still in the planning phase. Once you can order it, or there's a kickstarter, i guess it will be posted here.

So,  after seeing this thread, I had to try to build one.
Man, what a pain in the azz.

The pictures of the bluetooth circuit boards don't express how tiny MICROSCOPIC the soldering points are.

I started with one of the Wii Bluetooth Module (J27H002, BCM2045) boards, (I think this is a newer revision).
Unfortunately, the pads I was soldering to were very poorly anchored to the board.  (or maybe they were soldered down themselves)
Anyway, they lifted up right off the board, rendering it useless.  *emoji of ultimate sadness*

Undaunted, I returned to ebay and bought the other revision: Wii Bluetooth Module (WML-C43, BCM2045)  (why not, they're only like 5 bucks)
This board was a little better to work with.  The pads didn't lift off, and may have been every so slightly bigger.

Bought some smaller wire too.  28 AWG worked better for soldering to the board, I used that with some 20 AWG for some of the power connections.
Wired in the switch too, that's a very nice touch, and really makes it seem more professional.

Once it was together, I plugged it in, installed the zadig drivers, and it was like magic.  instantly found, synced, and working.

Now, things weren't perfect.  After that first sync, it wouldn't sync with a different game, and then it wouldn't remember a sync between restarts.
That was all fixed by deleting those 2 files mentioned in https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Bluetooth_Passthrough
Once those were removed, it works flawlessly.

Anyway, just wanted to throw out another datapoint for anyone trying this themselves.

If anyone can build and sell these for a reasonable, (or even unreasonable) price, buy one or two.
It'll be worth it.  This job is definitely at the top end of DIY.
