I looked over threads here others then this one.
I searched in google.

None of them helped so far.

In the game when im moving the mouse of my pc the pointer in the game dosent move the same place there is a big space between the pc mouse pointer and the in game pointer.

In the Wiimote 1 i have Emulated wiimote
Then under it i click configure

IR cursor Y- Y+ X- X+
Under it everything is set to 50

On the right all 3 checkboxes are unchecked.

What else can help it ?

I see the IR small window inside the configure window with a red dot inside when im moving my pc mouse around i see the red dot isnt in the right place if i put my pc mouse in the small IR window center the red dot is on the keft right side.
It dosent move and fit togeathe.

Hide the mouse cursor when in game option in the general pane of the graphics configuration. This is how to do it with a emulated WiiMote. They don't quite sync up ever, so it is simpler just to hide the cursor.

For what I understood, it's technically impossible to synchronize those cursors without prompting the user for calibration all the time. Be happy if the cursor works at all. ;p
