In options > hotkey settings > Controller profile you can bind hotkey to change game profile mid game. How do I create another profile to load? How do I name and where do I store it? I'm getting no setting found for game message.
How to use multiple game profiles?

Click on the “Controllers” button from Dolphin’s main window. Then click on “Configure” on either emulated GC controller or emulated Wiimote. And now, you can make changes on your controller settings. After making the changes, on the top right, you’ll see “Profile- Load, Save, Delete”; give this profile a name (or keep the default name) and save it.
And then later, you can bind a hotkey for this profile just as you wrote. 07-23-2021, 01:07 AM

I meant the game profile hotkey, not the controller profile itself. I managed to find it myself, however It doesn't work as I expected. I have profiles that disable swing or tilt + main one with both enabled. On game launch it loads the main ones properly but when I hit next game profile button(1 keyboard button for both controllers) wiimote1 goes to red_swing and wiimote2 goes to blue_tilt... These won't go in the same order for some reason [Controls] WiimoteProfile1 = red_main,red_swing,red_tilt WiimoteProfile2 = blue_main,blue_swing,blue_tilt 07-23-2021, 08:19 AM
There's currently one "manager" that handles all devices. A couple years ago, I started working on something that would handle your use case: https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/8305 but it was never merged and now it is out of date.
I'll likely get to it at some point but I have: (super secret project 1), (super secret project 2), Dynamic Input Textures v2, ahead of it. |
