How to use mouse a wii pointer

hi,
I am new to dolphin, and I was just playing super paper mario on my pc. and I have to use the wii pointer and I want to make my mouse into an emulated wii pointer. and by the way, I am using a real wiimote to play super paper mario on pc. I also need to have my mouse as a wii pointer because I want to play Super Mario Galaxy 2.

so in conclusion, I just want to know how to have my mouse as a wii pointer and just lease my real wiimote for the game controls
