Yesterday a new revision was released with this text:

I`ve just tried the gecko-codes in the "normal"-way with skyward, cause it would be great to get rid of this "find a bug or treasure notification" and Phais warnings. But they dont seem to work. It would be great, if this has been solved with this new revision (was released on emuCR as Dol3.0-308 yesterday).

I get this kenobiwii.bin-file and put it the the "sys"-folder of Dolphin. What is the next step? Is the procedure the same as before? I tested it with with emuCR3.0-308 and nothing has changed at all.

Hope this question is not stupid and sorry like always for my not perfect english Blush

My current desktop-system:

OS: Win8.1x64
CPU: i5 2500k @ 4,2 GHz
GPU: nVidia 560 Ti

Have you turned on "Enable Cheats" in the config? Did you tick the cheat that you want to activate in the Gecko codes tab of the game properties?

That branch hasn't been merged into the master branch yet, so any compiles of Dolphin probably don't have it yet.

The Gecko codes also may not work if you are using save states.

Ah, ok. But at least at "emuCR" it was titled as "Dolhin-Gecko-Git 3.0-308" ... at the official Dolphin-Download-site "308" is something different. Of course i dont understand this "mysterious" Git-System BlushBig Grin

Ok thx for this information, but until now i only use "normal" saves, not save states.

I found out what was wrong. kenobiwii.bin is an old code handler. The codes you were using are F6 type codes which only work in the code handler versions 1.8+. I have now updated Dolphin to use the latest code handler and your codes should work fine now. You can download the latest version (Dolphin 3.0-323) with the new code from the main page.

I`ve tested the "no notification when finding a bug or a treasure"-gecko-code and it finally works on dolphin. Damned how i hated those textboxes, which popped up over and over again.

Great TongueTongueTongue

Now theres only this slingshot-problem for me and then Skyward on Dolphin is perfect enough for me.
