Well the title explains the whole thing
Tried to do it myself but moving the "user" file (like is says on the dolphin wiki) wont work

any solution ?

Are you able to just reconfigure? It's not much work to do, and there's enough newer changes that you should really go through it manually.

I guess I can just re-config...
I have two questions
1: when I make new saves for my keyboard controls that I create, were do they go. in other words were are my keyboard control files located
2: how do I just transfer my game saves, I don't want to beat ssbb again.

Game saves are under sys/saves, I believe.

Controls, I have no idea.
