How to update dolphin?

i have a older version of dolphin(3661) and i was wondering how to update it to the newer version, 4525 without losing my saved games and settings, anyone know how?

Mmm....Download Dolphin 4525. Then copy the User/config (3661) files to User/Config. (4525)
The saves of your games: Copy "User/GC" folder to the 4525 "GC" folder.
For Wii: Copy the User/Wii folder to the new version
If you have state saves copy User/Statesaves folder to the new version.
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional x86
Processor type: Intel Atom, 1600 MHz (4 x 400)
Memory System: 1011 MB (DDR2 SDRAM)
Graphics Card: Mobile Intel® 945 Express Chipset Family (224 MB)

just click on the 86 or 62 bites vesrsion but don't forget the previous save dates are not compatible with the new version.

Oh, and yes one of the two system (86,64) won't work because maybe 64 was created for vista.
