How to turn of battery check? Basically any newer version then V2, shows low batter. And i get wiimotes disconnects every 10 sec. If i use V2, i have now problems at all!

V2 wiimotes woks, anyV3 versions wiimote disconected.

QuadCore 3.4GHz Athlone 2, HD 6850

v3 of what? I just bought a new wiimoteplus and it works fine. Also, dolphin v3 doesn't have this problem.

What question? Version? I just sad any V3 version. If you want to be specific, V3 3.0-153 or V3 releases.
