I add more info for newbie
1. Get "NUS downloader" to dl Wii System and Mii channel legally as long as you have a Wii
2. Dolphin - Tools - Install Wii System Menu
3. Open Mii Channel via dolphin then click on "Transfer Mii"
Actually,no need to enable "use panic handlers"

hmph...the 11 yr old bots these days..................not nearly as good as the real 11 yr olds!

Checkout my latest project ( it is a program that downloads and compiles dolphin on mac and linux now): http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu-downloader (It's unofficial and maintained by me, not the dolphin dev team)
