Thumbs Down
Hello, my problem is that I am playing the game RESIDENT EVIL REMAKE for Gamecube on my NVIDIA SHIELD ANDROID TV and when I get to disk 2 the emulator does not have the option to change the disk, any solution?

AFAIK change disc functionality is not implemented yet on the Android UI. Try making a save state when the message to change disc appears then stop emulation and boot the second disc, after that load the saved state...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (21H2)

I'm not sure if that'll work, since the disc drive never will notify the emulated software that the disc has been changed.

And there is no intention to implement such a function in the future? It is a problem since few games on this platform are two disks and not all start the second with a save but requires that the disk be changed manually during the game as is the case of RE1 Sad

It's something we would like to add, but there is very little work being done on Android-specific code right now, so it might take a while.

How bad that for days now are not working full in the Android code and I noticed it because I was checking every new update but now they leave with 3 days old. For my part I am 100% satisfied with the quality achieved in NVIDIA SHIELD ANDROID TV (I have the 2017 model) and I can play the vast majority of my favorite games and I would like if it is possible to DONATE for the advancement of this project since it needs the change disk function as well as improvements in Wii games and the ability to play multiplayer MKDD

Hoping they can soon add the option to change from disk 1 to disk 2 in games like RESIDENT EVIL 1
