How to speed up in SSBM?
I don't why,but SSBM always run at 20-30FPS,it so slow...
Even I run the SSBB using the same settings,it can run 40-50FPS.

HLE the IPL
JitIL recompiler

D3D9 Plugin
Safe Texture Cache
Enable EFB copy to Texture

Too bad changing the core won't increase the GFX speed.
Use Frameskipping=1... if it's working of course.

EDIT: Have you tried using the DSP Plugin's framelimiter? (You have to disable the one from the main settings)
