to free up some cpu and memory: start menu > run > msconfig, enter, when the window comes up go to startup tab and untick anything u dont need running when windows starts. all u need to leave is your antivirus program.
in dolphin: enable dual core, disable other audio (throttle) in the dsp hle plugin
if u dont get a raise in fps after that idk what to tell u
btw wii emulation is much slower in general than gamecube emulation
