How to set up graphic at 60fps + best performance for Xenoblade Chronicle?

Hello as the title said.I'm recently install dolphin especially for that game. i'm very newbie about those thing. Can anyone help me detail everything set up especially for that game?
My PC:
Intel Core i5-3470 CPU 3.20 GHz
8GB Ram
NVDIA Geforce GTX 760
Win 7 64 bits

Also what is the HD texture pack for this game?

Your hardware should be fine to play as it is. Keep dolphin's settings at default. Go into Graphics, change backend to OpenGL since you have an nvidia card. Then click on the Enhancements tab and you can probably set internal resolution to 3x for 1080p with the GPU you have.

Note that while playing, you may get some stuttering when getting into battles with new enemies. That will generally go away after a few attacks as Dolphin is compiling shaders that it needs for the effects. Once compiled, the stuttering will go away.

Thank you, so i currently install the latest development 4.0-9237 and the stable 4.0.2. Which one should i use to run?
