Wait, but dolphin-emu has internal recorder.
Video Setting --> Advanced --> Dump Frames.
in user/dump/frames you will have framedump0.avi file that is *full speed* record of your gameplay but without sound.
While recording game may be slow but in video is not.
To dump audio goto
Audio --> Dump Audio checkbox.
Then audiodump.wav file be available in user/dump/audio.
Do not need to use fraps.
