How to run SSBB at full speed in 1080p when fraps is recording

I set frameskipping to "1" on Dolphin so as to avoid that problem.
And I'm not recording videos at 60 fps anymore because their file sizes will be very large. 30 fps is enough.

If there's no sense in using Fraps, what software will you suggest for recording videos?
