I need Help to remove AR Codes... I've deleted the ar codes but the effect of the codes is still there...

Try to be more specific than that. Which game did you play with which cheats, exactly? As I remember it, some codes may permanently affect the game (or rather the game's save file), so reseting the code's effect may require you to use a previous save, someone else's clean save, or you might have to create a new one altogether.

I also have the same question. Only I am playing Twilight Princess GC ver. and wanted to know if you can undo or set heart containers back to normal after enabling full health.

If you saved your game with an AR code enabled, this probably is permanent, even disabling the code, the effects will be there. Do what RachelB said or start a new save file...
