How to play Zelda SS with Ps3 controller?

Could anyone provide some guide about how to play LoZSS with a Ps3 controller?

I do have Ds3MotionInjoy, but I don't know what would be the best version of Dolphin in order to play that game, i've heard too many things about what the best version is, but I would someone to answer that in a serious way, because i've tried everything and the game is still not working to me, I can start the game, but I can't play it with my Ps3 controller.

PD: I don't want to play it with Mouse + Keyboard cause for me its kind of boring.

You'll need to use an 'emulated motion plus' build, which aren't officially supported. You can probably just adjust the mappings of one of the many XBox controller configurations to the equivalent buttons on your PS3 pad, which shouldn't be too hard.
