How to play with 60 or more fps?

Operating System: Windows 10 x64
Processor/CPU: Intel i9-9900K, 5GHz
Video Card/GPU: Nvidia 2070 Super
Memory/RAM: 16GB Ram
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 5.0-13963

Hey, I started Super Mario Galaxy 2 and there was this message: (Attachment). The Game is capped at 50fps and I don't know how to change that. My monitor has 240hz so it would be better for it to run at 60, 120 or 240fps (but I guess only 60fps is possible).

Turn on PAL60 in Config > Wii.
