Well I didnt know a BT has a MAC addy? I guess its for adding a BT nic? Anyways you can not change MAc addresses. At least not legally. I have no idea where to find this address either.

I dont get this easy pair either? After a while the BT device un pair even if I set as permanent. Shows not connected in the easy pair window. They are listed in my win7 BL devices and show up as game controllers but dolphin does not seem them.

update: wiipair command line is better I think. Problem is hitting all buttons at once. I found I can pair 3 by pressing all red buttons then running the command line tool. I just cant get 4 yes. I think it take 5 people for this. Or at least 3. Maybe 2 with practices.

update2: I was not able to get 4 but 3 worked. Then later on number 3 dropped. So I pressed the a button, and blam its back on the map. Dolphin sees it again.

The BT mac address will be under the device properties. Could you explain how you got the wiimote to pair with Wiipair please? When I load Wiipair I only get a GUI and it doesn't recognise the wiimote. Thanks.

Thanks, that still doesn't work for me. When I load Wiipair I only get 'no bluetooth devices found' on both the GUI and command line versions. With the Command Line version it repeatedly shows:
Radio 0: 00:00:00:00:00:00
Scanning...
no bluetooth devices found

I'll have to try going back to MS Stack but I have read that it should/may work on both. I moved to Toshiba stack as GlovePIE didn't recognize the wiimote with MS. I'll have to try again.

On the Toshiba stack I'm on it shows the mac address when you hover over the bluetooth symbol in the system tray. I can't remember how to check on the MS stack, I thought it was in properties sorry.

??? that is what it should do. Let my type it the way I see it.

run the command version.
shows:
Radio 0: 00:00:00:00:00:00
Scanning...
no bluetooth devices found

now at the same time press all red buttons ( not 1+2 ).

Oh yeah, and dont use Toshiba.

Wow, I can even unplug the BT and plug it back in. All wii motes live.

Thanks for the confirmation, I'll try it again tomorrow once I've got some rest and uninstalled the Toshiba Stack. Can I do this from Programs and Features or do I have to uninstall each part individually in from the device manager?

Strange it doesn't work though, I'm wondering if it has anything to do with me having 00 in the mac address of the BT adapter as I've read that causes issues. I'm tempted to get another dongle but can't be sure the new one won't have the same problem.

Well, I'll come at it fresh tomorrow as its after 2am and I can't think straight. Thanks for the help.

WiiPair definitely only works with the Microsoft Stack.

Thanks for the confirmation. Hopefully I can permanently pair it with Wiipair on the MS stack and then upgrade back to the Toshiba Stack, I'll try this later today and report my results. Thanks for all the help.

No it will not. Why do you need the Toshiba stack? Just use MS and wiipair that is all you need.
