How to only have the game window open?

Is there a way to only have the game window open? I'm trying to broadcast via Steam, and I determined it wasn't my settings, it was Dolphin specifically that wasn't working. My only thought is that since Dolphin has two windows up, it doesn't know which one to use, so it shows neither. The audio works fine though.

Under graphics you can set it to render to the main window.
