I didn't make a portable.txt file the first time I ran Dolphin, therefore my settings are now in my documents, how do I move the settings to make a portable dolphin? Thanks!

so I copy every folder inside the dolphin emulator folder inside my documents, then create portable.txt, then rename or delete the dolphin emulator folder in my documents. Is this right?

I'd suggest you make portable.txt, run dolphin and let it create the directories, and then copy the dolphin emulator folder over. That way it's harder to put it in the wrong location.
